Your tasks

  • Support of the customer base in the office
  • Administrative activities:
    • Preparation and processing of quotations
    • Order and deadline coordination
    • Quotation tracking
    • Preparation of statistics and analyses
    • Complaints processing
  • Supporting the sales representatives
  • Participation in trade fairs

Your profile

  • Completed commercial vocational training 

  • First experience in internal sales
  • Very good English and German language skills 

  • Sound knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Good work organisation
