Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the sales of our products in Central and Southeast Europe and further develop existing customer relationships.
  • You analyze market potential and develop new sales opportunities in your region.
  • With targeted sales strategies, you increase revenue and ensure sustainable growth in the assigned markets.
  • You independently negotiate with customers, maintain regular contact, and expand the network.
  • You work closely with our international sales team and internal departments such as marketing, product management, and logistics.
  • Attending trade fairs and customer events is also part of your responsibilities.

Your Profile

  • You have a commercial or technical education.
  • Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the automotive industry or spare parts business.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a confident demeanor with international business partners.
  • You are fluent in German and English; additional language skills from the region (e.g., Serbian, Hungarian, Romanian, etc.) are a plus.
  • High willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
  • You are self-motivated, committed, and have a strong sense of customer needs and market trends.
