Your profile

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Initial experience in internal sales
  • Very good English and German language skills
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good work organisation

Your tasks

  • Administrative tasks:
  • Preparing and processing quotations
  • Coordinating orders and appointments
  • Tracking quotations
  • Compiling statistics and evaluations
  • Handling complaints
  • Supporting the customer base in the office
  • Customer correspondence in English and German
  • Supporting field staff
  • Attending trade fairs
