SHIPPING CONDITIONS

If no additional shipping conditions have been agreed with TRUCKTEC, the following conditions apply:

- for an available goods value of less than 200,00€ net parcel shipping - assuming that the items* are suitable for parcel shipping - we charge a handling fee of 30,00€ in addition to the freight costs
- from an available goods value of 200,00€ net parcel shipping, we charge current shipping costs and the additional handling fee is waived
 

Delivery service:

- Shipping costs/freight limits as currently agreed with TRUCKTEC, if you do not have this information, please contact your responsible Account Manager before ordering
- Freight costs for forwarding delivery must be calculated individually, if you would like to know the costs in advance, please contact your Account Manager

Please note

1 Please note that shipping costs for bulky goods are higher than for parcels packed in cardboard boxes.
2 For items longer than 100 cm, a service fee will be charged per parcel in addition to the normal parcel price.
3 For items longer than 130 cm, a service fee plus the normal parcel price will be charged per parcel.
4 Please note that the delivery time may be delayed due to public holidays.
5 Orders received by 02:30pm and eligible for parcel service will be dispatched on the same day.
