Your tasks

• You manage purchase orders, monitor deadlines, and ensure everything arrives where it should – on time
• You maintain contact with our international suppliers and support price negotiations
• You keep an eye on supply chains and help ensure smooth processes
• You handle complaints and work with our partners to find the right solutions
• You contribute your ideas and help improve processes

Your profile

• Completed commercial training – e.g. in wholesale and foreign trade or logistics
• Initial experience in procurement, ideally with a background in supply chain management or technical products – preferably in the automotive sector
• A structured, reliable work style with a good sense of priorities
• Strong communication skills – both within the team and with international suppliers
• Advanced Excel skills and confident use of MS Office
• A solution-oriented mindset with the drive to contribute your own ideas
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
